Jessie Rehwald

Jessie Rehwald is an Engineer-in-Training at the City of Richmond since June 2022, responsible for communication with consultants and contractors, reviewing designs, providing planning support for sustainability, and inspecting project accuracy. Prior experience includes a Civil Designer role at Kiewit, where responsibilities encompassed field inspections, design reviews, and construction monitoring. Additionally, Jessie served as a Program Management Intern at Footprint App, Inc., focusing on app pilot programs and data analysis, and worked as a Program Coordinator at Bluefield State College, handling event proposals and student organization engagements. Jessie holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Bluefield State University.
