Lloyd Bie has extensive experience in transportation and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Transportation for the City of Richmond since May 2010, following a role as Manager of Engineering Planning. Prior to this, Lloyd Bie worked at AECOM as a Senior Engineer from 2006 to May 2010, and held the position of Project Engineer at the City of Richmond from 2000 to 2006. Lloyd's career began at the City of Vancouver, where duties included serving as a Civil Engineer from 1990 to 2000. Lloyd Bie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia between 1986 and 1990.
