Louella Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Louella started their career at London Drugs as a Customer Service Specialist and Cashier. Louella then worked at TLD Computers as a Reception/Administrative Assistant, Purchasing/Sales Support, OEM Coordinator/Marketing Assistant, and RFP Business Development Coordinator. Louella then moved on to NAS Recruitment Communications where they served as a Senior Account Manager/Account Manager, focusing on recruitment marketing and employment brand communication. Currently, they are employed at the City of Richmond, where they have held various roles including Corporate Assistant, Public Works Clerk, Recycling and Sanitation Clerk, and Administrative Assistant to the Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Louella has gained experience in providing administrative support, assisting with special projects, coordinating meetings and events, and handling customer inquiries.
Louella Cruz attended Little Flower Academy from 1992 to 1997. Louella then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of British Columbia from 1997 to 2001, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics.
