Virendra Kallianpur AICP, MCIP-I, WELL AP, LEED AP BDC, RELI AP is an accomplished urban design professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Program Manager for Urban Design at the City of Richmond since July 2021, Virendra previously held the position of Practice Leader for Urban Design and Associate Principal at Perkins+Will from July 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, Virendra was a Senior Associate and Senior Designer at CBT Architects for nearly nine years, and held various leadership roles such as Director at Surbana International Consultants and Architectural Associate at CPG Consultants. Early in the career, Virendra gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant and Architect at prominent firms. Virendra's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Architecture from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Sir JJ College of Architecture, University of Mumbai.
