Yvonne Comfort currently serves as the Manager of Community Recreation with the City of Richmond, starting in June 2023. Previously, Yvonne held the position of Area Manager of Recreation at the City of Port Coquitlam from February 2018 to June 2023. Yvonne's career also includes various roles at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, where responsibilities included General Manager for Membership Initiatives and General Manager from February 2014 to February 2018, as well as Membership Manager from April 2012 to June 2013. Yvonne Comfort holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership from Trinity Western University and a diploma in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Langara College, with studies at Douglas College.
