Patrick Waller

Patrick Waller has extensive work experience in various roles related to planning and code enforcement. Patrick most recently served as the Planning Director for the City of Rifle since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Planner for Garfield County Govt., CO from May 2017 to March 2021. Patrick also held the position of Code Enforcement Officer at Pitkin County from August 2016 to April 2017. In addition, Patrick has experience in land rights and siting, having worked as a Siting and Land Rights Contract Agent and Intern at Xcel Energy from May 2015 to August 2016.

Patrick Waller completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Denver from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at the University of Colorado Denver from 2014 to 2016.
