Madeline Torrez is responsible for organizing and managing special events, community centers, and adult sports programs at the City of Rio Rancho's Parks & Recreation Department. Madeline has been with the department since 2004 and has experience in coordinating various events and programs to bring the community together. Prior to their current role, Madeline served as a SAFE Coordinator at the Rio Rancho Public School District. Madeline holds degrees from The University of New Mexico and Eastern New Mexico University.
