Matthew Geisel

Matthew Geisel has a diverse professional background, ranging from working in the private sector at Ford Motor Co. and Pulte Group, Inc., to serving in various roles at City of Rio Rancho and State of New Mexico. With a BA in Economics and Spanish from University of California, Davis and an MBA in Marketing and General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Matthew has extensive experience in economic development, business relations, marketing, and public service. Matthew currently holds the position of City Manager at City of Rio Rancho, overseeing budgets, staff, and various projects to benefit the community.
