City of Rio Rancho
Ray O'Lesky has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, serving as a School Resource Officer for the City of Rio Rancho since 2012 and previously as a University Police Officer at the University of New Mexico from 2004 to 2009. O'Lesky has a background in military service as a Platoon Sergeant in the Arizona Army National Guard and has held various roles in security and operations in both healthcare and nuclear power settings. O'Lesky holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and completed the New Mexico Law Enforcement Certification (LEO) program from NMDPS. This diverse skill set includes knowledge in compliance with laws and regulations, emergency response, and security operations.
