Amanda Toney

Amanda Toney serves as the Assistant City Administrator and Director of Finance for the City of Ripon, WI, since February 2022, overseeing city accounting and financial services. Toney also holds the position of Treasurer for the Town of Brooklyn since November 2012, managing monthly financials and optimizing investments. Previously, Toney was the County Treasurer and Real Property Listor for Green Lake County, WI, from January 2017 to January 2022. With extensive banking experience, Toney worked as an Operations Officer and Deposit Operations Team Lead at Farmers & Merchants Bank from 1997 to 2016, and as a Product Support Specialist at FIPCO from 2003 to 2004. Education includes a General degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
