Troy Damsteegt possesses extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as Captain of Police for the City of Ripon since March 2010, after previously holding the role of Police Sergeant. Prior to this, Troy Damsteegt worked as a Police Officer for the Brandon-Fairwater Police Department from May 1994 to December 2017 and served in multiple capacities as a Police Officer and Police Sergeant for the Village of North Fond du Lac from January 1994 to December 2009. Academically, Troy Damsteegt holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Marian University, along with additional education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
