Kevin Coppin

Kevin Coppin has a diverse work experience in law enforcement and legal roles. Their most recent role was as Deputy Chief of Police at the City of Riviera Beach, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Coordinator at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office from October 2021 to June 2023. Kevin also served as a Police Detective at JUNO BEACH, TOWN OF from May 2019 to October 2021. Kevin has experience as an Officer at both the North Palm Beach Police Department and Palm Beach Shores Police Department. Kevin also worked as a Reserve Police Officer at the North Palm Beach Police Department from February 2014 to April 2018. Alongside their work in law enforcement, Kevin also held positions as a Co Owner at Allstate, Law Clerk at the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association, Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Micheal Kaufman, and Consultant/Investigator at the Law Offices of John Howe.

Kevin Coppin attended Saint Thomas University School of Law from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's Degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science at Lynn University from 1998 to 2003. Kevin also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies which they obtained from Barry University between 1992 and 1995.
