Nicholas Ocampo

Nicholas Ocampo is an experienced election and athletic marketing professional, currently serving as the Director of Elections and General Registrar for the City of Roanoke, VA since July 2024. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as Chief Deputy Director of Elections and Deputy Director of Elections in Rockingham County, VA from October 2022 to July 2024. Nicholas's background includes a focus on athletics marketing at James Madison University, where the roles included Assistant Director of Athletics Marketing and Athletics Marketing Assistant from August 2019 to October 2022. Additional experience includes internships in camps and clinics at Lehigh University and various marketing and promotions roles at Bowling Green State University, complemented by an Athletic Communications internship at Lafayette College.
