Brooke Carlson

Brooke Carlson has a diverse work experience in various consulting and leadership roles. They currently work as a Consultant at Collaborative Consulting Inc. since 2023. Previously, they served as the President of the City Council at the City of Rochester, MN since 2021. Before that, they were the President of North Sky Health Consulting, LLC from 2012 to 2022. In 2017, they worked as the Director of Consulting Solutions at Healthy Communities Institute. Brooke also held the position of Planning and Development Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from 2010 to 2012, and Policy Manager at the Minnesota Department of Health from 2007 to 2010. Lastly, they started their career as a Research Analyst at The Improve Group from 2004 to 2007.

Brooke Carlson pursued their education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design (B.Envd) with a focus on Urban Planning. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they attended the University of Minnesota and obtained a Master's degree in Geography and Public Health Policy and Administration (MA, MPH).
