Jessica Schuler is a Management Analyst at the City of Rochester, MN, leveraging process improvement methodologies to streamline operations. As a Customer Experience Analyst, Jessica successfully implemented automated workflows and monitored customer experience metrics. Previously, Jessica supported projects for Destination Medical Center and initiated quality improvement projects as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician at Mayo Clinic.
