Shirley J. A. Green

Shirley J. A. Green oversees Office of the Commissioner administration functions; Bureau of Human Services; Bureau of Recreation and Youth Services including R-Centers, youth employment and programmings such as Summer of Opportunity, BizKid$, RISE Education and ROCmusic. She eads parks stewardship efforts and administers Public Market, International Plaza, and Rochester Animal Services.
