Devin Johnson

Devin Johnson is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Water Operations Supervisor for the City of Rockford, Illinois since January 2016. In these roles, Devin manages daily field operations for construction crews focused on repairing water infrastructure and oversees the City’s Julie Locators. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Engineering Technician with responsibilities in civil engineering, erosion control, stormwater pollution prevention, plan reviews, and construction inspection. Earlier roles include an Engineering Technician at the Illinois Department of Transportation and an Engineering Intern at the Winnebago County Highway Department. Devin holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Rock Valley College and graduated from Pecatonica High School in 2013.
