Roger Ratze has extensive experience in law enforcement and information management. Since December 1993, Roger has served as the Police Information Management Administrator for the City of Rockford, overseeing police records, report review, crime analysis, and information services, while also acting as the NetRMS Administrator. Roger has been an active member of the LERMI (Law Enforcement Records Managers of Illinois) since 2005. Prior to this role, Roger was the Data Processing Manager at First National Bank of Rockford from February 1983 to August 1991. Education was completed at Rockford Baptist.
