Scott Capovilla

Scott Capovilla has a rich history in urban planning and development, with a career spanning over three decades. Starting as a Planning Aide/Zoning Inspector at the Village of Machesney Park, Scott steadily rose through the ranks to become the Planning & Zoning Manager at the City of Rockford, IL. With experience as a Vice President of Development and Project Development Director, Capovilla has a strong background in managing and leading development projects. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
