Tiara Walubita

Tiara Walubita is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership development, family support, and community services. Since August 2019, Tiara has been empowering leaders through personal development initiatives. Tiara has also worked as a Family Support Specialist for the City of Rockford Illinois and as a Truancy Interventionist for Youth Services Network, focusing on ensuring school attendance and strengthening families to build healthier communities. Previous roles include Case Manager at Goodwill Industries Northern Illinois, where Tiara managed a caseload of individuals with disabilities, and Team Member at Target, providing excellent customer service. Tiara began their career at Armstrong Atlantic State University as an Assistant to the Registrar. Tiara holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education & Community Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Georgia Southern University.
