Ailsa Hawke

Ailsa Hawke is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in public relations, event management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Officer for the City of Rockingham since September 2021, Ailsa previously held roles at the City of Karratha, where responsibilities included daily communications and management of multiple websites and social media platforms. Ailsa also coordinated large-scale events as the Arts & Culture Officer and managed public relations for Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, including the Ayers Rock Resort. Ailsa's early experience encompassed various positions, including Corporate Services Administrator at Hays and food and beverage roles at Pee Wees at the Point Restaurant, culminating in managerial responsibilities at the Sounds of Silence dining experience. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Otago Polytechnic.
