Manager Customer Corporate Support at City of Rockingham

Michael Yakas has extensive experience in management and accounting within the public sector, currently serving as the Manager of Customer & Corporate Support at the City of Rockingham since May 2005. In this role, Michael oversees ICT operations, customer services, and records services teams. Michael's prior positions at the City of Rockingham include Manager of Accounting Services during a secondment, Co-ordinator of Information Systems, and Project Manager responsible for implementing the City’s corporate information system, Authority. Michael's accounting expertise encompasses maintaining financial records and coordinating the annual budget process. Michael Yakas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Edith Cowan University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
