Paul Hayward

Paul Hayward has extensive experience in community development, performance arts, and management, currently serving as the Manager Community Capacity Building for the City of Rockingham since April 2022. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles including Manager Community Capacity Development at the City of Gosnells, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple service areas and facilitating strategic planning. As the Manager Community Development at Satterley Property Group, Paul enhanced community programs across multiple regions in Western Australia. Additionally, Paul has a strong background in performance arts, functioning as an MC, performer, and event coordinator for Paul Hayward Performance Arts and Entertainment since 2001. Educational qualifications include a degree in Creative Industries from Edith Cowan University.
