Andrew Keys is an experienced municipal professional currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Rocklin since January 2025. Previously, Andrew held various positions in the City of Lodi, including Assistant City Manager, Interim City Manager, and Deputy City Manager from March 2017 to November 2024. Prior to that, Andrew worked in the City of Elk Grove, where roles included Budget Manager, Interim Deputy City Manager, and Accounting Manager from April 2008 to March 2017. Andrew began a career in public finance as a Financial Analyst at KNN Public Finance and also worked as a Custody Fund Accountant at Investors Bank & Trust. Academically, Andrew holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and a BA in International Relations from the same institution, earned in 2006.
