Jane Lyons-Raeder

Jane Lyons-Raeder is an accomplished housing programs manager with extensive experience in urban planning, housing policy, and community advocacy. Currently overseeing various housing initiatives at the City of Rockville, Jane supervises staff and conducts complex research on housing policy. Previous roles include serving as the Maryland Advocacy Manager at the Coalition for Smarter Growth, where Jane successfully advocated for sustainable housing and transit policies, and as a principal planner contributing to master planning efforts. Jane holds a Master of Public Policy focused on City Management and Public Finance from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution.
