Kathryn Chongpinitchai

Kathryn Chongpinitchai has extensive experience in lease administration and ballet instruction. Currently a Senior Lease Administrator at JBG SMITH since February 2017, Kathryn's responsibilities include lease management and financial tasks related to tenant expenses. Additionally, Kathryn has been a Ballet Teacher for the City of Rockville since October 2004, teaching various ballet styles and choreographing performances for students aged 3 to adults. Previously, Kathryn held roles at First Potomac Realty Trust, where responsibilities encompassed lease administration and accounts payable. An alumna of Gettysburg College, Kathryn holds a BA in Theatre Arts and has also contributed as a Campus Activities Board Intern, overseeing campus events and artist contracts. Skills include proficiency in various ballet techniques, extensive knowledge of the ballet repertoire, and strong administrative abilities.
