Kimberly Francisco, CPA, MSA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Kimberly is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the City of Rockville since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at the City of Gaithersburg from May 2021 to February 2022.
