Sachin Kalbag is a seasoned planning and urban design professional currently serving as the Director of Planning at Gordon since September 2022, while also holding the position of Principal Planner Development Review at the City of Rockville since 2021. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Urban Planner at Michael Baker International from 2015 to 2020 and Project Manager at the San Jose Redevelopment Agency from 1998 to 2004, Sachin has extensive experience in development entitlements, long-range and current planning, design guidelines, master planning, design review, and development agreements.
