Rachel Jacobsen

Rachel Jacobsen serves as the Human Resources & Administrative Manager at CultureFit since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing internal policies, compliance, and onboarding. In addition, Rachel is the Director of Special Projects and Young Entrepreneurs Co-Program Manager at Chamber Co-Op, and is a member of the Economic Development Committee for the City of Rolling Meadows. Previous experience includes managing human resources for American Portfolio Mortgage Corporation and serving as an HR Specialist and Office Coordinator at CyberSearch. Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Michigan.
