Sarah Huffman holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Administrative Management from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. With a background in psychology, Sarah has extensive experience in various roles, including Risk Manager and Human Resources Generalist at the City of Rome Georgia since April 2017, and prior positions such as Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T and Applecare Advisor at Apple. Additional experience includes work as a Background Investigator and Quality Control Analyst at Professional Screening and Information, Inc. Sarah also holds the SHRM-CP and ARM-P certifications, highlighting expertise in human resources and risk management.
