Rebecca Olson is an accomplished public administration professional with extensive experience in municipal management. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Roseville, Minnesota since May 2017, Rebecca leads cross-functional teams and oversees the Administration Department, which includes customer service divisions such as Communications and Human Resources. Prior roles include Assistant to the City Manager in Shoreview, where Rebecca contributed to the development of a $10 million annual budget, and in Blaine, where efficiency improvements were implemented through new technology. Earlier experience includes legislative support within the Minnesota Senate and a background in payroll management at Paychex. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
