Bruce Houdesheldt

Bruce Houdesheldt currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at the Northern California Water Association, where responsibilities include addressing complex legal and technical water resource and quality issues, and overseeing the preparation of Source Evaluation Reports for water quality management in 35 watersheds. Additional roles include serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Roseville and previously as a Commissioner for the Roseville Public Utilities Commission. Bruce's experience encompasses ownership of The Unicorn Group, where services focused on entitlement, public policy, and campaign management, as well as project management at Lennar Communities, securing entitlements for large-scale projects. Previously, Bruce held positions with the California Building Industry Association and North State Building Industry Association, advocating for homebuilders and managing government affairs. Bruce began a career as a Legislative Aide in Prince George's County and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Maryland.
