Julie Manfredi Tucker

Julie Manfredi Tucker has extensive experience in the field of electric compliance and risk management, currently serving as an Electric Compliance Analyst for the City of Roseville since August 2006. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Program and Human Resource Manager at Cypress Home Loan Corporation from 2003 to 2006, and was a Program Manager at Sun Microsystems from 1997 to 2002. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from California Coast University, along with various other educational qualifications.
