Dawn Scheel

Dawn Scheel is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in civil and architectural engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer for the City of Round Rock, Dawn has previously held significant roles including Owner at DESPE, LLC, Senior Project Manager at Surveying And Mapping, LLC, and Deputy PPP Project Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator and Segment Manager at SH 130 Concession Company. Dawn holds both a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
