Nick Shoemaker

Nick Shoemaker is an experienced professional with a background in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as an instructor at Oakland Community College since January 2021, Nick also holds the position of police officer with the City of Royal Oak, MI, since June 2019. Previously, Nick worked as a social media analyst for Interactions Digital Roots from June 2018 to February 2019, focusing on customer interaction through social media platforms for a major auto supplier. Additionally, Nick has experience as an asset protection team leader at Target from October 2017 to August 2018. Nick's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and completion of the Police Academy at Oakland Community College.
