Andrew Halbrook

Andrew Halbrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public works and engineering technology. Currently serving as the Public Works Manager and Manager of Engineering Technology for the City of Ruston since May 2015, Andrew oversees the engineering and construction of reliable public infrastructure. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Service Consultant at CenterPoint Energy from June 2013 to April 2015, where responsibilities included designing and managing the construction of electrical infrastructure in the Houston Metroplex. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
