Andy Bahlinger

Andy Bahlinger is an experienced building inspector currently working for the City of Ruston since May 2019. Prior to this role, Andy served as a superintendent at Lanco Construction Inc. from February 2013 to May 2019, and at Woodward Design+Build from August 2010 to May 2012, where a notable project involved the renovation of the Hotel New Orleans into a Hyatt Place Hotel. Additionally, Andy has extensive project management experience in the millwork sector, overseeing significant projects with various companies, including Superior Millwork Baton Rouge and Architectural Wood Products, where projects encompassed hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings. Early career experience included roles as a construction analyst, inspector, and superintendent for various contract firms, along with ownership of Bahlinger Builders & Construction Services. Andy holds education from Louisiana State University attended from 1974 to 1976.
