David Baldwin

David Baldwin has extensive work experience in finance and budgeting, with a focus on municipal government. David served as the Director of Finance for the City of Sachse, Texas since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Director of Finance for the same city from September 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining the City of Sachse, David held various positions in the finance and budget divisions of the City of Bellevue, Washington. David was the Budget Division Manager from June 2015 to September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Treasury Analyst from August 2014 to June 2015, a Senior Budget Analyst from July 2004 to July 2014, and a Tax Representative from June 2001 to July 2004.

David Baldwin attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and General Management.
