The City of Sachse is located 20 miles northeast of downtown Dallas and has an estimated population of around 27,000 people.  Garland ISD serves the portion of Sachse in Dallas County, and Wylie ISD serves the portion of Sachse in Collin County.  Sachse is a full-service, professionally managed city with a Council-Manager form of government.
