Kelli Lacy

Kelli Lacy is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Assistant Civil Engineer with the City of Sacramento since April 2022, focusing on construction project management and civil design using Autocad and Civil 3D. Prior to this role, Kelli worked with the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District from September 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing equipment data and streamlining data processes in IBM Maximo. Kelli's earlier experience encompasses roles at FedEx as a Package Handler, Tuskegee University as a Fitness Instructor and Student Researcher, and the City of Richmond as a Recreation Program Leader. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University, completed in 2017.
