Hilary Cuenin has a solid background in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Management Assistant for the City of Safford. Prior to this role, Hilary worked as a Project Engineer at University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors, Inc. from 2000 to 2005, where valuable experience in engineering projects was gained.
