Kristin Retherford

Kristin Retherford has an extensive background in urban planning and development, with experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Community Planning and Development at the City of Salem, Kristin oversees a wide range of divisions and work groups. Prior to this role, Kristin held positions such as Interim City Manager at OEDA and Economic Development Manager at the City of Wilsonville. With a strong focus on urban renewal and community outreach, Kristin has also managed projects related to real estate development, finance, and policy development. With a background in political science and government, Kristin brings a well-rounded skill set to their leadership positions.
