Sarina Dellinger

Sarina Dellinger is a dedicated Public Garden Manager with extensive experience in horticulture and landscape maintenance. Since December 2019, Sarina has been responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens at Hurley Park, overseeing a range of tasks that involve collaboration with contractors and departments as well as independent maintenance of structures, gardens, trails, and trees. Previously, Sarina served as Assistant Public Garden Manager at the same location, where responsibilities included the upkeep of 18 acres and 42 garden beds, along with reporting duties for the Hurley Park Advisory Board. Sarina's experience also includes roles as a Land Stewardship & Ecology Intern at Longwood Gardens, an Environmental Educator at the U.S. National Whitewater Center, and an Assistant Horticulturist at Highlands Biological Station. Sarina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
