Aaron Vannoy

Aaron Vannoy has extensive experience in planning and development, currently serving as the Director of Planning and Development for the City of San Angelo since October 2017, with prior roles as Assistant Director and Planning and Development Administrator. Vannoy's experience includes management positions at The University of South Dakota and the City of Abilene, Texas, where roles included Manager, Animal Services Manager, and Sanitarian II. Earlier in the career, Vannoy held the position of Regional Manager at the American Red Cross and Executive Director at the YMCA of Abilene. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Hardin-Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Abilene Christian University.
