Brian Groves

Brian Groves is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Director and City Videographer for the City of San Angelo, Texas, since August 2008. Responsibilities include filming city events, meetings, press conferences, and producing various video projects while also managing Channel 17 and its associated content. Prior to this role, Groves worked as a Production Assistant for RamTV6 at Angelo State University from 2006 to 2008, where duties included video shooting, editing, and technical support for student projects. Groves began the professional career as an Associate at The UPS Store from 2004 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Angelo State University, complemented by studies at Midland College and Midland High School.
