Heather Stastny

Heather Stastny currently serves as City Clerk for the City of San Angelo, a position held since February 2023, after previously working as Deputy City Clerk from November 2015 to February 2023. Prior to that, Heather held the role of Human Resources Coordinator with the City of San Angelo. Additional experience includes serving as an Employer Services Representative at Workforce Solutions of the Concho Valley from March 2009 to November 2015. Heather is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Western Governors University, with an expected completion date in 2019.
