Kim Garmany

Kim Garmany is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants administration and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Grants Administrator for the City of San Angelo, Kim previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Coaching 4 Good, where duties included managing daily operations and producing a podcast. As Executive Director at College Houses, responsibilities involved strategic planning, relationship building, and financial management. Kim has also held various positions related to membership development, education, and community engagement within organizations supporting cooperative business models, and has served on multiple boards including NCBA CLUSA International and NASCO Properties. Kim Garmany holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
