Andrew Jaffee

Andrew Jaffee is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in public safety technology management. Currently serving as Senior IT Manager in the Information Technology Services Department at the City of San Antonio since November 2019, Andrew oversees the City's Public Safety Radio System and Broadband initiatives. Previous roles include Radio Services IT Manager, Law Enforcement Technology Consultant for Greenwood & Streicher, LLC, and Director of Information Technology for the Baltimore Police Department, where Andrew managed a diverse technology portfolio supporting over 3,000 employees. Additional positions held include Director of Public Safety and Services Emergency Communication in Baltimore and Director of Emergency Services & Telecommunications in Hartford. Andrew's foundational career was as a Sergeant at the Hartford Police Department. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
