Barbara Prossen

Barbara Prossen serves as the Marketing & Community Relations Director for the City of San Antonio, a position held since November 1994 within the Aviation Department. With extensive experience in marketing and community relations, Barbara has contributed significantly to the department's initiatives over the years. Educational credentials include two Master of Business Administration degrees in Finance, both obtained from St. Mary's University, with studies completed in 1976 and 1979.
