With experience in business development, brand development, social media marketing, and talent management, Assata Imani also serves as the Marketing and Community Relations Director at YWCA USA. Previously, Assata Imani has worked as an Apple Podcast Producer at Apple, a Community Engagement Fellow at the Community Foundation of Lorain County, and in various communication roles at Kent State University and the National Association of Black Journalists. Assata Imani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Kent State University.
